Mike is widely viewed to be among the regulatory compliance industry’s top thought leaders. In a career spanning over 29 years, he has founded three successful companies devoted to helping all types of companies. His latest vision of co-sourced services has quickly become a foundational principle of Delta Dogs.

Mike’s earlier career was shaped by the U.S. Army’s 82nd Airborne and he is a Disabled Veteran. Since 2000 he has studied the Work Place Violence trends and has been trained in Active Shooter situations. Devoted to a mission of safety and emergency operations planning with audits, policy, procedures, training and maintaining its effectiveness. He is a certified CHC and CHSP and he holds other certifications in Occupational Safety and Privacy & Security and Emergency Management. Mike is the chairman of the Garden Giving, a charitable organization that donates 3000 pounds of fresh vegetables to 4 different food pantries each year. He is very passionate about spending time with family and friends.
