Accessing Your Online Training

  1. Go to LMS Training Courses
  2. Enter your User Name and Password.
  3. The Course Menu Home Page will be displayed.
  4. Click on the Course Module you wish to start.

Training

In the Real Estate/Facility Management/EHS/Housekeeping environment, with its inherent safety risks, extraordinary regulation, and sensitized clientele, the results of inadequate employee training, or an inadequate record of training, can be disastrous. Yet, due to the legal requirement for site specific, customized training, and interactive training formats that allow trainees to ask questions and receive answers, paradoxically, virtually all employee training lacks uniformity, is unreliably documented, or is simply haphazard.

Anywhere, Anytime Training

Our DDI Compliance Manager Program starts with a series of on-line employee trainings that can be custom developed, site specific, to reflect your specific facility, function, and process. Employees learn about your unique work setting, your specific employee policies – and they can access everything on-line, 24/7, from any internet enabled computer. Courses are designed to instruct, intermittently quiz, and competency test comprehension for each module. A Certificate of Completion is printed for each module. Many DDI trainings can be approved for CEU credit from sponsoring professional organizations.

Site Specific Content

Your training modules are developed either onsite or by telephone conference with DDI professional trainers. You can utilize our topic-specific content templates, or we can develop site-specific content and curriculum for unique needs. You can also license access to our authoring tools so you may create your own programs and content (including pictures and graphics), or make your own customization of our templates (see Content Manager™). No matter which alternative, or combination of solutions you choose, the result is a facility and organization-specific curriculum that efficiently handles all of your new hire and existing staff training and education needs.

Training Management

As Administrator, you get to see which trainings or education modules each of your employees has taken and how well they did in comprehension (time to complete questions, score, number of re-takes). Compliance Managers can also track non-online trainings.

The Result: You have an efficient on-line solution to providing and tracking all employee training – all of the time. You have permanent third party-maintained records of every training taken, and both you and the employee are automatically notified of content updates and required refresher or re-training dates. Administrator access can be at corporate, region, or site level.
